Zscaler is hiring an experienced Google Workspace Administrator/Architect to join its Bangalore IT team in a hybrid capacity.
The role involves leading the design, implementation, and long-term strategic vision for enterprise Google Workspace tools and integrated generative AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing Google Workspace tools and AI capabilities
- Driving the rollout and adoption of Google Gemini Enterprise
- Developing automation scripts using Google Apps Script and APIs
- Configuring SAML-based SSO and SCIM provisioning
- Implementing security policies and compliance standards
- Resolving complex technical escalations and delivering end-user training
The ideal candidate should have:
- 10+ years of experience administering Google Workspace environments
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Experience with Google Admin Console, Google Vault, and API integrations
- Practical experience with SAML and SCIM
- Proven track record of implementing MDM policies
Preferred qualifications include:
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI technologies for operational efficiency
- Master's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Google Workspace Administrator Certification
- Google Cloud Professional Collaboration Engineer certification
