Description
IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater - Slovak Speaking on a remote basis, with estimated 10–16 hours per month of work.
The Clinical Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of clinical trial data. This position involves reviewing scales administered by raters to confirm standardized assessment practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Participating in orientation, training, and calibration activities
- Reviewing case data and preparing for rater discussions
- Conducting live interactions with raters to provide feedback and guidance on assessment methodology and scoring
- Completing assigned tasks and rater interactions according to schedule
- Submitting required documentation accurately and on time
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (specifically PANSS, CGI-S, MADRS, and MINI)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering scales in clinical research trials
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and native-level proficiency in Slovak
