Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team. As an entry-level sales professional, you will assist businesses in preventing credit card theft and fraud by ensuring they meet the required standards. You will make daily outbound calls and emails, understand the importance of PCI Compliance, manage and develop a pipeline in our CRM, achieve sales targets, and provide a quality experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily outbound calls and emails
- Understand PCI Compliance and apply it to customers' needs
- Manage and develop a pipeline in SecurityMetrics' CRM
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide a quality experience for SecurityMetrics' customers
Requirements:
- Energetic, empathetic, hardworking, and motivated individuals
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Open to continuous training and development
- 2+ years of sales experience preferred
