Description
IQVIA Health System Services (HSS) is seeking a Software Project Manager to join our Financial Services team. You will play a central role in our service management, working with a network of experts to design innovative concepts for the further development of our solutions and support the introduction of modern software and implementation of demanding projects in the banking sector.
Your tasks:
- Introduce software projects at banks, including technical preparations, project execution, steering and customer support during implementation
- Manage and operate our software components in customers' production environments
- Independently analyse and process support requests and change requests of varying urgency and complexity
- Contribute to the technical development of existing software products and design and implement new features in close coordination with specialist departments and development teams
- Collaborate on projects for the entire banking sector, from requirements gathering to production
- Work closely with colleagues from consulting, development, operations and test management
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a banker or have comparable qualifications
- You have practical experience in banking, ideally in the area of market follow-up
- You are interested in transferring banking content into software processes and elaborating technical requirements understandably
- You are willing to familiarise yourself with technical topics to understand configurations, simple technical processes and product-related relationships safely
- Team spirit, flexibility and mobility are not foreign to you
- With your appearance, you are a competent, service-oriented contact person for our customers on site and communicate safely and solution-oriented
- You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English skills
