Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Global Senior Project Specialist (Sponsor Dedicated) to join their team in Germany.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and closing out project files and study information on various databases and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up, maintaining, and closing out project files and study information
- Attending and participating in internal and external meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes and action items
- Maintaining timely and effective communication among team members and site staff
- Providing administrative support to Project Leads and functional leads
- Ensuring all study documents are archived based on guidelines and policy
- Providing support for quality assurance activities, including preparation for audits and internal review
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Specialist within a CRO/pharma company
- Strong organizational skills
- Global trial experience
- Ability to manage time and work independently
- High proficiency with MS Office Applications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
