Description
As an Operations Manager at Red Bull Distribution Company, you will oversee the operations of a 20,000-30,000 sq. ft. facility in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Your goal will be to analyze and improve the facility's systems and procedures to increase efficiency while maintaining safety and quality of deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operations services to support the sales department
- Optimize inventory levels by forecasting demand and evaluating potential shortages
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting and resolve variances in SAP
- Manage fleet maintenance and inspections to minimize disruptions to product deliveries
- Supervise and develop warehouse employees
- Maintain AIB standards and identify best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Management
- Understanding of computer ordering systems and IT systems
- Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record
- DOT Medical card
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory
