Description
Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to oversee interdisciplinary clinical research programs, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will act as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer to ensure project launch, conduct, and closeout according to the Customer's and the Company's contractual agreement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a project as Project Manager, overseeing interdisciplinary clinical research programs
- Leading clinical teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management
- Coordinating activities and deliverables of all project conduct partners
- Preparing project management reports for clients and management
- Developing contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of project goals
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing clinical trials, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work independently.
