Description
TaskUs is seeking an HR Supervisor to join their team in Antipolo, Rizal, Philippines. As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving programs under the People Operations department, handling performance management, and improving employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive programs under the People Operations department and handle case management and employee engagement.
- Handle performance management and other special projects that may be assigned to you.
- Improve, propose, and implement employee engagement activities.
- Act as the advisor to stakeholders for all people-related issues/concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience, preferably in a BPO setting on a generalist or supervisory level.
- Experience in leading employee engagement.
- Strong background in employee engagement and labor relations.
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team, work independently, and adapt to night shifts or rotating schedules.
