We are seeking an Azure Infra Lead to join our team. As an Azure Infra Lead, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supporting deployment efforts for our clients. You will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective infrastructure solutions and be responsible for planning, designing, and supporting deployment efforts for our clients.
- Provide technical leadership to junior members of the team and ensure that all tickets achieve SLA.
- Develop automated workflows or scripts to solve common issues with customer environments.
- Ensure that all support operation procedures are documented.
- Escalate technical issues received from clients to either the professional service team or to Microsoft premier support.
- Lead in maintaining an environment conducive to exchanging and sharing knowledge internally.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Azure Architecture Skills (AZ-300 & AZ-301) /Azure Networking (Az-700).
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure solutions.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Azure public cloud.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure Stack HCI.
- Strong troubleshooting experience in Azure Infra and Azure network.
- Experienced with ITIL process.
Desirable Skills:
- Docker Skills.
- Azure Kubernetes skills.
- Azure Devops.
