We're seeking a Pharmacy Colleague to join our team in Pilsworth. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service in our in-store pharmacies.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing a warm and friendly experience for customers, discussing personal health issues with confidence and sensitivity
- Accurately assembling and processing prescriptions
- Driving awareness of additional services offered in Pharmacy, such as Prescription Collection Service and Medicines Use Reviews
- Supporting the Pharmacist with patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes
- Collecting prescriptions from doctors' surgeries on behalf of customers
As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress in your career. We offer a comprehensive training programme, including an accredited course to become a qualified Medicine Counter Assistant within 6 months, followed by training as a Dispensing Assistant.
