Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at New Mersey Simply Food, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Provide expert knowledge of M&S Food products, making recommendations and driving sales
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
- Adapt to changing demands, working flexibly across various areas of the store

Work Pattern:
- Sunday: 17:00-21:00
- Monday: 17:30-21:30
- Tuesday: 17:30-21:30
- Friday: 17:30-21:30
Additional Requirements:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
