Description
We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to join the team at The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, part of Circle Health Group. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, with shifts available 1-2 evenings per week until 20:00.
The successful candidate will independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings. They will develop individualised treatment plans using various physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence. The Senior Physiotherapist will manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs
- Develop individualised treatment plans
- Manage a designated caseload efficiently
- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Participate in audits and quality improvement projects
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist
- Solid post-registration experience across various clinical areas
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to team working and service improvement
- Experience in orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurodevelopmental, and neurological conditions
- Experience with standardised assessments and outcome measures in Paediatrics
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate up to £22.00 per hour depending on experience, training, and qualification
