We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at our store located at 3550 Zafarano Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87507-2606.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.75 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Alternatively, you may work as an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Or, you may be an expert of operations, process, and efficiency who enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
This role can provide you with the knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store. You will also gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. Additionally, you will learn to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
We are looking for individuals who are excited to work in a fun and energetic environment, provide excellent service to our guests, and stock, set, and sell Target products. You should be someone who isn't looking for a Monday-to-Friday job where you are at a computer all day, but rather someone who is busy all day, especially on weekends, making it easy for the guest to feel welcomed, inspired, and rewarded.
