As a Logistics Team Leader Delivery at Coolblue, you will lead a motivated team of delivery drivers to ensure that customers are satisfied with their orders.
Your main goals will be:
- To motivate and guide your team members to achieve their full potential
- To ensure that deliveries are made on time and efficiently
- To work with other team leaders to optimize operations in Rotterdam
- To analyze and improve processes to increase customer satisfaction
- To perform various administrative tasks from the office
