Your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating and guiding your team members to achieve their full potential
- Helping team members grow and develop in their roles
- Ensuring buses are on the road on time to meet customer demands
- Collaborating with other team leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Working with your team to achieve goals and KPIs, including customer satisfaction
- Continuously evaluating and improving processes
- Performing various tasks, mainly from an office setting
