Description
We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Target. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our guests.
The starting pay range for this position per hour is $20.50 - $22.50, and the full pay range is $20.50 - $34.85 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including labor markets, education, work experience, and certifications.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and inspire guests
- Conducting weekly visual assessments and partnering with leaders to improve store visual execution and guest experience
- Assessing and guiding the execution of visual standards across the store
- Supporting the execution of the company's Visual Merchandising strategy and In-Store Marketing (ISM) elements
- Training and developing team members to improve their visual merchandising skills
- Leading the strategy of visual merchandising and Visual Standards implementation
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of visual merchandising experience
- Business acumen and creativity to inspire guests and drive sales
- Strong understanding of trend and style that reflects our brand
- Ability to lead and influence store teams to follow processes that support visual merchandising
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
We offer a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days, or shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Although the role is full-time, it does not come with a guarantee of 40 hours each week.
