TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join their team.
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will focus on strategic influence, mentorship, and high-level stakeholder management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Architecting data-driven narratives that translate complex datasets into high-level business stories
- Overseeing the synthesis of complex data into actionable frameworks
- Serving as the primary consultant to business partners
- Defining the roadmap for ad-hoc and automated reporting
- Leading collaborations with Data Visualization and Engineering teams
- Translating high-level business requirements into robust technical specifications
- Directing the integration of disparate data sources
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in ECE, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any IT/Computer-related course
- Experience in handling AI-related projects
- AI/ML background with foundational ML/NLP evaluation
- Statistical modeling and analysis skills
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Data visualization skills using tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI
In terms of work arrangement, this is a 100% onsite role located in Imus, Cavite or Ortigas, with night shifts available. The role requires amenable to start ASAP.
