Description
As a Customer Delivery Driver for Waitrose, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality produce and exceptional customer service to customers' doors.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing a friendly and professional service to customers
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle
- Participating in warehouse tasks when not on the road
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full, valid UK manual car driving license (B-Category) with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent people skills and a friendly approach to customer service
- Ability to lift crates and move large cages (approximately up to 18kg)
- Availability to work part-time weekend shifts (8 hours per shift on Saturday and Sunday)
