Description
We are seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to oversee our UK financial operations. As a key member of our senior Financial Operations leadership team, you will be responsible for owning the monthly close for our UK balance sheet, managing transaction flows and revenue channels, and working closely with our UK commercial team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and signing off the UK balance sheet reconciliation ahead of month-end close
- Collaborating with the UK commercial team to resolve revenue channel queries
- Developing a playbook for onboarding big new retail customers
- Leading one of our more exciting projects this year: building a proper playbook for how we onboard big new retail customers
- Working alongside your Financial Accounting Manager peers in Australia and the US/Canada, and the AR/AP lead, to ensure accurate financial reporting across all regions
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights. You will be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage competing deadlines.
