As a Site Engagement Lead at ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON's global expertise.

In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and processing investigator payments for clinical trials.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of investigator payments, including verification, processing, and reconciliation of payment transactions.
- Collaborate with clinical trial teams and finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payment in accordance with study agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed financial records and documentation related to investigator payments, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies by investigating, analysing, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide support and guidance to investigators and stakeholders regarding payment procedures, timelines, and documentation requirements.
Your Profile: You will have a strong foundation in pricing and investigator payments, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications or experience in clinical trial payments are advantageous.
- Extensive experience in financial management or payment processing, preferably within the clinical research or healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex payment processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in resolving payment issues and discrepancies effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional support to stakeholders.
