We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our Banking Graduate Programme 2027 in Tel Aviv.
As a Banking graduate, you will be working with our Coverage and Mergers and Acquisition teams, advising a broad range of corporate clients and delivering holistic, structured solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on live deals, client pitches, and support the team with advising on a broad range of corporate clients
- Develop and implement financial models and strategies that support decision-making in investment banking
- Manage client relationships and provide customer service support to clients and customers
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Identify opportunities, develop business cases, and manage the deployment and launch of new products and services for investment banking
Analyst Expectations
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources
- Develop technical expertise in work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate
- Partner with other functions and business areas

Who we're looking for
- Motivated and curious individuals with a degree or expected degree in any area
- Advanced/Fluent in English and Advanced/Fluent in Hebrew
