We're seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney to join our West Palm Beach office. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you'll play a significant role in our success, making mission-critical decisions and working alongside world-class lawyers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work
- Complete Flip-to-Lit approval and guide clients through the case process
- Draft and file pre-litigation documents
- Oversee settlement negotiations and manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst the team
- Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements
Requirements:
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association
- 1+ year of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
