You will establish and mature program governance, manage delivery plans, dependencies, resources, risks, and financial reporting, and provide clear communication to senior stakeholders.

The role is accountable for delivering agreed program outcomes and audit or regulatory commitments, supporting resilient endpoint security capabilities and the Bank’s ability to address evolving cyber threats.

What We Offer You

  • A diverse and inclusive environment that embraces change, innovation, and collaboration
  • A hybrid working model, allowing for in-office / work from home flexibility, generous vacation, personal and volunteer days

  • Competitive compensation packages including health and wellbeing benefits, retirement savings plans, parental leave, and family building benefits
  • Educational resources, matching gift and volunteer programs

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the endpoint security program across endpoint protection, endpoint detection and response, device security, hardening, and endpoint compliance, partnering with engineering teams on technical delivery
  • Own the integrated program roadmap and delivery plan, including scope, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and delivery commitments across enterprise endpoint security platforms and strategic vendor solutions
  • Establish, implement, and continuously mature program governance and standardized project management processes to support consistent, transparent, and efficient delivery
  • Coordinate cross-team initiatives and dependencies involving enterprise device management, identity, cloud, and wider security platforms, ensuring implementation and transition plans support consistent policy enforcement, visibility, and control
  • Manage and report on program delivery, including risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, budgets, forecasts, and financial health, while tracking progress against strategic initiatives, automation, platform optimization, and audit or regulatory commitments
  • Act as the central program contact for Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, Risk, Control, the PMO, and vendors, providing proactive status communication and coordinating decisions, implementation readiness, and handover to operational teams

How You’ll Lead

  • Set program delivery priorities in partnership with engineering and security leaders, balancing cyber risk reduction, platform resilience, regulatory commitments, and strategic transformation objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the project management team, establishing clear accountability, addressing skill gaps, promoting knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing delivery environment
  • Represent the endpoint security program across senior technology, security, risk, audit, and governance forums, building strong partnerships across global teams, the PMO, and strategic vendors to communicate progress and financial health, resolve dependencies, manage escalations, and drive clear ownership of delivery outcomes

Skills You’ll Need

  • Several years of progressive experience in cybersecurity program or project management within large, complex enterprise environments, with significant exposure to endpoint security, security operations, monitoring, or remediation
  • Several years in a leadership or management capacity, including direct supervision, mentoring, and development of project management professionals or globally distributed delivery teams
  • Demonstrated success in establishing, maturing, and applying program governance frameworks and standardized project management methodologies, including integrated planning and dependency management.
  • Solid understanding of endpoint protection, EDR and XDR, endpoint hardening, policy enforcement, compliance monitoring, SIEM integration, and security frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO 27001, sufficient to work effectively with engineering and control teams
  • Proven delivery of large-scale cybersecurity programs in regulated, fast-paced environments, including scope and milestone management, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, risk management, and delivery within agreed timelines
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs
