Description
We are seeking an experienced Office NPI and Launch Readiness Manager to lead our new product introduction and launch readiness team for the Office Print business. You will serve as the central coordination point across various departments to ensure successful introduction of hardware, software, services, and solutions worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Own and operationalize the product introduction engine, managing structure, governance, processes, tools, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead market-facing product launch execution and stakeholder engagement, turning product introductions into successful market events.
- Prepare the organization to successfully sell and support new offerings, ensuring sales, marketing, channel, and regional teams have the knowledge, training, tools, and content needed.
- Drive long-term launch planning and portfolio-level market strategy, optimizing timing, sequencing, and coordination across an entire portfolio of products, services, and solutions.
- Build organizational capability and drive cross-company alignment, leading the NPI organization and serving as the company's expert on launch excellence.
Requirements:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Operations, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, or New Product Introduction.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional product introduction or go-to-market programs on a global scale.
