We are looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at De Bijenkorf Rotterdam. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice on our products, and building lasting relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work efficiently to meet and exceed KPIs
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Adapt to different customers and situations
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation
Selection Criteria:
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and its mission
- Experience with makeup application and styling
- Positive attitude and ability to think outside the box
- Ability to receive and act on feedback
