As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist, you will be the heart of our store, responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves through expert artistry skills, product knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class artistry and customer experience
- Build lasting emotional connections with customers
- Adapt to change and support managers and colleagues
- Champion the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products
- Follow company grooming standards
Requirements:
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment (ideally in beauty, retail, or FMCG)
- Ability to work at a fast pace and exceed KPIs
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in applying makeup and adapting styles to different customers
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and products
