Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to analyze code review reports and development quality, ensuring best practices are followed. The successful candidate will develop and monitor quality gating and automation strategies, possess strong knowledge of programming, tools, architecture patterns, and BDD.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with software engineers to build quality by ensuring proper test and code coverage, configuration quality, monitoring, and early performance testing
- Develop and implement QA standards, processes, tools, and methodologies
- Document performance test strategies and test plans
- Translate complex system requirements and specs into test requirements and testing methods
- Identify and implement complex automation efforts
- Define and implement best practices for end-to-end application performance management solutions
Experiences:
- Experience overseeing the coding, testing, and review process for unit and integration testing
- Successfully led multiple test paths simultaneously
- Successfully ensured quality of one or more application codebases and alignment with development standards
- Experience in building automation frameworks, acceptance and integration test automation scripts, integrating with other tools
