Join our Digital Channels team at Deutsche Bank TDI Spain as a Senior Engineer. You'll develop critical solutions that drive our digital products, focusing on high-performance backend software development using Java and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Responsibilities
- Develop high-performance backend software using Java and GCP
- Design and implement robust technical architectures for scalability, resilience, and efficiency
- Participate in the full development cycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and observability, and optimise it with AI
- Continuously improve code quality using best engineering practices and AI tools
- Proactively detect and resolve vulnerabilities, performance issues, and technical risks
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming
- Solid practical experience with cloud environments, preferably GCP
- Strong background in software engineering, technical architecture, and best practices
- Ability to leverage AI solutions for automation and optimisation
- Demonstrated capacity to utilise AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and solve business problems while ensuring responsible and ethical use of data and AI-generated results
