Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
Job Details Starting hourly rate: $17.00 USD per hour Temporary additional pay: Eligible team members can receive a $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for overnight or early morning hours worked (details available with HR)
About the Role As a team member at Target, you will help create a welcoming and inspiring shopping experience for our guests. Your tasks may include:
- Providing exceptional guest service
- Maintaining store appearance and stock levels
- Processing transactions and handling cash register operations
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Adapting to new technology and systems
Requirements
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Physical demands: climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 pounds, frequent standing and walking
