We are looking for team members to join our Seasonal team. As a Seasonal team member, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in retail business fundamentals, guest service, and operations.
Responsibilities
As a Seasonal team member, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for our guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:
- Have a welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and other team members
- Be able to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Be able to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Pay attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
