As Fleet Performance Manager in our Rolling Stock team, you will monitor and improve the technical performance of our four fleets, based in Brussels and at our depot in Leyton.
Your responsibilities:
- Increase fleet performance in terms of reliability and availability
- Produce detailed and summary reports on technical performance
- Conduct first-level technical analysis to identify trends and anticipate failures
- Manage the performance reporting tool and define the Rolling Stock department's performance action plan
- Lead the implementation of new methodologies, such as FRACAS
- Measure the effectiveness of actions implemented
- Contribute to a positive safety culture and manage safety for your team
- Be the point of entry for the Operations department and participate in joint analyses
- Ensure fair allocation of allowable failures under the TSSSA contract with Siemens
- Represent Eurostar at monthly performance meetings with Siemens
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of rolling stock, particularly high-speed trains
- Fluent French and English, with the ability to manage both French- and English-speaking teams
- Excellent analytical and summarising skills
- Confidence with office software and data tools
- Solid management experience
