About the Role:
The Transcripts Team at S&P Global is responsible for creating high-quality transcripts of conference calls conducted by corporates. As a member of this team, you will play a crucial role in revolutionizing how transcripts are produced and delivered to clients.
Responsibilities and Impact:
- Collect and convert country-specific financial reports from China (Mandarin) to English transcription documents with high quality and timeliness.
- Complete translations and conversions of native Mandarin documents to English using the end-to-end transcription process.
- Independently handle projects and workflows, delivering high-quality results within deadlines.
- Identify and fix data errors, and define country-specific policies with the Quality Control team.
- Analyze data and drive discussions with stakeholders to improve workflows and procedures.
