We're seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Lille, France. As part of Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, you'll collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt to unlock new possibilities as one global team.
Job Overview As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature areas, developing preferred partnerships and optimising account performance through personalised support and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature areas, providing expertise and attention to detail.
- Develop preferred partnerships, becoming the expert point of contact for your area and leveraging Food Tech knowledge.
- Optimise account performance through personalised support, long-term planning, and data analysis.
- Analyse restaurant results, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend concrete actions to your manager.
- Design and implement targeted marketing and promotional campaigns to boost partner restaurant attractiveness.
- Monitor operations closely to ensure the best possible restaurant and customer experience.
Requirements and Qualities
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on partner portfolio management.
- Ability to negotiate and anticipate commercial discussions while upholding Deliveroo's values.
- Experience in controlling a portfolio, identifying market trends, and sharing useful feedback with partners and managers.
- Comfortable working in the field, building trust relationships with partners while monitoring competition.
- Proactive, able to analyse results, and propose recommendations to your manager.
- Autonomous, with clear objectives, and committed to achieving them.
- Skilled in designing specific actions tailored to partner needs and managerial strategy.
- Able to identify, understand, and analyse performance data to guarantee top-notch service.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to convince while building solid, lasting commercial relationships.
