The role involves creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues. You will also support team efforts, assist peers, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with HR leaders to anticipate and address talent and staffing needs
- Leading focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates
- Supporting team member and leader training needs and advocating for continuous learning
- Being an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices
- Delivering on all Human Resources processes and programs to maximize team member engagement and minimize business disruption
