Description
We are seeking a Senior Design Engineer, Structures to join our team in Pasig City, Philippines.
As a Senior Design Engineer, Structures, you will report to the Workshare Manager and assist the Senior lead as directed and as necessary. You will be responsible for preparing project quality plans, leading design teams, coordinating with clients and consultant teams, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing project quality plans and leading design teams
- Coordinating with clients and consultant teams
- Ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes
- Conducting site inspections and attending meetings as required
- Providing technical expertise across a broad range of projects
- Managing small teams and developing client relationships
- Applying QA and OH&S systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the design of multi-level residential, commercial and institutional projects
- Experience in the design of both reinforced & post-tensioned concrete and structural steelwork
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Applications
- Good English communication skills
- Technical competence commensurate with a Senior Engineer's role
- Registered Civil Engineer recognised by the relevant licensure regulatory board
