We are seeking an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) expert to join our team at Target.
As an Inbound Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked and ready for our guests.
Your typical day will include:
- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience
- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues
- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas
- Executing a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation
- Stocking, organizing, and storing reserve products
- Maintaining product availability on the sales floor
- Operating powered equipment as necessary
- Processing defective merchandise and handling environmentally sensitive items
- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
