As a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners in Wymondham, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

In addition to your contractual pay of £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days), you'll receive Night Premium at a rate of £3.75 per hour for any time worked between 22:00 and 06:00.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock replenishment: ensuring shelves remain full and products are in the right place at the right time
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns
- Supporting the wider shop team, including checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
Essential Skills:
- Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interaction

The role involves varied hours of full-time (37.5) and part-time work across seven days, including evenings and weekends between 00:00 and 08:00. The contract type is temporary.
