Leidos, a prominent player in the government contracting sector, has recently secured a significant Intelligence Program in Northern Virginia, dubbed Beacon. This long-term initiative presents exceptional opportunities for skilled professionals to contribute to national security efforts.
As a Targeting Officer at Leidos, you will collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals to identify targeting leads and produce detailed targeting packages in support of intelligence operations against priority targets. Your work will take place at client sites in Northern Virginia.
Responsibilities:
- Review specialised data to identify intelligence leads
- Develop comprehensive targeting packages to meet client objectives
- Engage with various stakeholders to address requirements and generate new leads
- Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and communicate findings to relevant customer components
Requirements:
- Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Proficiency in database management
- Experience in intelligence research and targeting
- Prior involvement in national security operations
- Familiarity with the Intelligence Community
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Levels of Opportunity:
- Level 1: 1 year of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Level 2: 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Level 3: 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Level 4: 12 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
- Level 5: 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree
