Description
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Intern to join our team at Keywords Studios. As an intern, you will be responsible for managing the data entry of supplier invoices for the companies within our group, both Italian and foreign.
You will report to the Accounts Payable Coordinator and support in various tasks including:
- Entering national and foreign supplier invoices
- Journal entry
- Bank reconciliations
- Aging management
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least a High School Diploma in Administration, Finance and Marketing; a University Degree in Economics or Accounting is considered a plus
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn and proactivity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
- Fluency in Italian and English
