Description
We are seeking an Onsite Bilingual Spanish Health Coach to join our Evernorth Workplace Care team in Naples, FL.
As a Health Coach, you will provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support, identify customer health education needs, and collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing onsite coaching and support to customers
- Conducting targeted health assessments to identify customer needs
- Developing personalized health improvement plans with customers
- Empowering customers to take an active role in their health outcomes
- Assisting customers in overcoming barriers to better health
- Leading health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching and seminars
- Performing biometric screenings, including finger sticks and blood pressure checks
- Utilizing biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to drive clinical outcomes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in health coaching, health education, and health promotion
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Dietitian license in the respective state is preferred
- CPR/BLS certification through the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Bilingual Spanish with the ability to pass oral and written assessments
- Strong clinical skills and high energy level with dynamic presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively collaborate with clients and partners
Preferred qualifications:
- NBC-HWC or CHES certification
- Motivational interview training/experience
- Experience in smoking cessation and diabetes management
