Description
As an Onderhoudstechnieker (maintenance technician) at 3M in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, you will have the opportunity to apply your curiosity and work with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Performing mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on installations
- Carrying out revision work, mainly on pumps and other equipment
- Diagnosing and structurally improving high-tech installations
- Supporting projects with the start-up of new or adapted processes in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in electro-mechanics or maintenance techniques
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, such as pumps, motors, and alignment
- The ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as in a team
- An analytical mindset to detect errors and take corrective actions
- A positive attitude and constructive collaboration with colleagues and production teams
- Fluent Dutch language skills
Relevant experience is a plus, but not required.
