Spire St Anthony's Hospital is looking for a Theatre Manager to join their dedicated team. This role is ideally suited to a dynamic, motivated, and inspirational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The Theatre Manager will monitor and assist in the delivery of patient care and provide appropriate clinical and managerial leadership throughout the department. You will act as a role model and mentor to clinical staff providing advice and support to others to promote good practice consistent with legislation and Spire Healthcare's policies.
The Theatre Manager will have the support of the theatre coordinator, team leads, and an experienced hospital senior leadership team. The Theatre Manager will encourage, develop and enhance the skills and knowledge of others and self. You will ensure that Clinical Governance and Risk management are embedded within daily practice and promote excellence.
The successful candidate will be HCPC or NMC Registered with no restrictions or conditions on practise, have evidence of management and leadership experience in a Senior Theatre position, and a strong clinical background and orthopaedic experience.
