Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $16.75 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.75 USD - $25.15 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests, or work in guest service and engagement, welcoming and exceeding guest expectations.
In this role, you will gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, experience in retail business fundamentals, and develop skills in executing daily workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and support
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Adapt to current technology needs
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
