We are seeking a talented individual to join our 2027 Technology Developer Summer Internship Programme in Northampton.
As a Technology Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and improving software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and share knowledge with peers.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
