Description
Diageo's Global Engineering team is seeking an Operational Technology Cyber Resilience Lead to shape the future of its manufacturing operational technology.
As part of the Global Engineering Digital & Automation Team, you will lead the OT cyber resilience programme, focusing on the NIST pillars of Respond and Recover. You will work across Diageo's global manufacturing sites, partnering with Operations Teams, GBS, and the wider Digital & Automation team to refine and embed resilience plans.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and embed the OT cyber resilience strategy
- Support sites in implementing OT Cyber Resilience plans
- Build training and awareness programmes
- Lead site stakeholder engagement
- Communicate technical risks and mitigation plans
- Build compelling arguments for funding
- Develop and maintain reporting metrics/dashboards
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in OT cyber security governance
- Knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST, and other relevant standards
- Project management experience
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
- Ability to collaborate across functions and markets
