The Art of Musketeering
Red Bull Musketeers embody the Red Bull way of life, operating as ambassadors of the brand in the On Premise business. They work with top bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality venues, and events to build long-term partnerships and drive trial and consumption.
As a Red Bull Musketeer, you will:
- Integrate deeply with the local On Premise scene, connecting with key influencers and stakeholders
- Campaign for the Red Bull brand, delivering the can into the hands of consumers
- Promote the premium brand image, setting an example by delivering excellence in everything you do
- Take full responsibility for On Premise sales and marketing initiatives in your territory
- Analyze data and roll out effective plans to drive sales and brand image
- Know your roles and responsibilities, acting proactively and independently
You will need to:
- Have a deep understanding of your territory, keeping an eye on trends and new opportunities
- Convince key players with your communication and selling skills
- Lead negotiations with customers to bring about strong, mutually beneficial partnership agreements
- Take a creative approach to problem-solving and marketing
