As a TechSIGINT SME, you will collaborate with the analyst community to validate functionality, refine system requirements, and ensure seamless integration of tools that drive mission success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive testing of newly developed applications to ensure they align with mission objectives and operational effectiveness
- Working closely with the development team to translate analyst needs into actionable system requirements
- Engaging with the analyst community to demonstrate application functionality, gather feedback, and contribute to iterative improvements
- Advocating for system enhancements that optimize performance and usability in real-world scenarios
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years of TechSIGINT or directly related SIGINT experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science (preferred, may count as 4 years of relevant experience)
- Experience on at least one legacy TechSIGINT application (e.g. ASPEN/FATE, XMidas, Willow, MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKET, TEBAG, PacketSwing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP)
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working as an analyst in support of the customer
- Knowledge and experience with Python in support of analytic efforts
- Knowledge and experience with LINUX
- Experience as an instructor or trainer in TechSIGINT principles
Hybrid flexibility available: candidates may work remotely up to two days per week, contingent upon work tasking and mission requirements.
