Description
We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and improve software that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
- Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and devise solution strategies.
- Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Staying informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contributing to the organization's technology communities.
- Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
- Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.

- Managing and mitigating risks through assessment and advising key stakeholders.
- Demonstrating leadership and accountability for managing risk and strengthening controls.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and modern UI frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of Kubernetes/OpenShift or similar container platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple Agile engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Additional Relevant Skills
- Experience with cloud-aligned engineering and enterprise integration.
- Exposure to US Payments (ACH, wire flows, processing behaviors, operational nuances).
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
