Description
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Technical Marketing Engineer to join its Take Off Team. This remote role involves driving technical enablement, customer validation, and field readiness for next-generation Zero Trust Branch solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer Proof of Value (PoV) engagements and field validations
- Architect, build, and maintain advanced lab topologies
- Drive complex technical troubleshooting and escalation resolution
- Author technical documentation, deployment guides, and reference architectures
- Deliver field readiness and enablement training
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, solutions architecture, or advanced systems engineering
- Deep subject matter expertise in enterprise routing, switching, TCP/IP, L2/L3 network segmentation, and tunneling protocols
- Proven track record of leading hands-on customer PoV pilots and executive architectural evaluations
- Hands-on proficiency in building and maintaining multi-vendor physical and virtual network lab topologies
- Advanced packet analysis and troubleshooting expertise using Wireshark, tcpdump, and traffic generation tools
