Description
We are seeking a Room Attendant to join our team at Courtyard, a Marriott International brand, in Hong Kong.
As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, ensuring a memorable and unique experience for our guests. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done, whether it's delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining rooms and public spaces
- Delivering guest requests and services
- Stocking carts and supplies
- Maintaining confidentiality and upholding quality standards
- Ensuring a safe work place and following company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
